Converted School Rooms

Oasis Country Lodge occupies a former primary school, with rooms converted from large classrooms. They are air-conditioned and include en-suite bathrooms. Family King Rooms and Double Rooms are available. Some units have a kitchenette with an oven, toaster, and fridge. Each room features a TV and free WiFi. The bar fridge is stocked with drinks.

BBQ and Breakfast

A continental breakfast is offered at extra cost. Guests can pre-order BBQ packs and dinners, such as chicken schnitzel or beef fillet. Packed lunches are available for day trips. Special diet menus can be arranged on request.

Pool and Games

The property has an outdoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens with small farm animals (including a springbok and a cat), and an outdoor fireplace. Guests can play billiards and darts in the games room. BBQ facilities are provided for outdoor cooking.

N7 Highway Stopover

Located on the N7 highway between Cape Town and Namibia, Oasis Country Lodge is a convenient stopover. It is 20 km from Vredendal Golf Course and 25 km from Latsky Radio Museum. Nearby attractions include the Van Rhyn Museum, Citrusdal Valley with its oldest orange tree, and local wine cellars. The area is known for wildflower viewing.

Friendly Host Services

Free WiFi and parking are available. The host John is noted for his helpfulness. Room service and packed lunches are offered. The lodge has conference facilities for up to 45 delegates, fully equipped and catered. Security features include CCTV and fire extinguishers. Self-catering rooms provide additional flexibility.
